1. Use of this website

This website is provided by North Shore Medical Transportation LLC for information and for requesting wheelchair-accessible non-emergency medical transportation. Submitting a request does not create a confirmed reservation. A ride is scheduled only after our dispatch team confirms it with you by phone, email, or text.

2. Service scope

We provide wheelchair-accessible, non-emergency transportation only. We do not provide stretcher or ambulance transport and we do not provide medical care. In an emergency, call 911.

3. SMS text messaging terms

Program description. When you opt in, North Shore Medical Transportation LLC sends SMS text messages about your transportation: booking confirmations, pickup and driver updates, scheduling changes, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in. You may opt in by checking the consent box on our booking or contact form, by providing your mobile number and agreeing verbally when you speak with our dispatch team, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your ride activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service.

4. Cancellations and changes

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a scheduled ride so we can serve other riders. Contact dispatch by phone for same-day or urgent changes.
